Bin, crate and container palletizing line

The TACORE bin and crate palletizing line handles large plastic crates, bins and seafood or agricultural containers inside the plant. It stacks, destacks and palletizes containers automatically, and can include tipping, crate washing and return to the production line, optimizing in-plant logistics and reducing operator strain. It is a common solution at raw material reception and for moving product between sections. Each line is designed around the container type, its weight and its route through the plant, with heavy-duty stainless steel construction suited to cannery and seafood environments.

How the line works

Container reception

Full bins, crates or boxes arrive from raw material unloading or another section of the plant and enter the line on roller or chain conveyors sized for heavy loads.

Tipping and emptying

When the line feeds a process, a container tipper empties the product into the infeed hopper in a controlled way, avoiding damage to the product and heavy manual effort for operators.

Crate washing

Empty crates pass through a continuous washing, degreasing and rinsing tunnel with high-pressure air blowing, leaving them clean, drained and ready to be reused in the process.

Stacking and palletizing

Full or empty containers are automatically stacked and palletized in stable columns, ready for cold storage or transfer by forklift to another area of the plant.

Destacking and return to line

When needed again, stacks are destacked automatically and clean crates are returned to the production line or reception area, closing the logistics loop inside the plant.
