Retort basket loaders, unloaders and conveyors for canneries

Between the seamer, the retort and the end of line, cans travel across much of the plant. TACORE's product handling division manages that flow: conveying, elevating, accumulating and loading containers without impacts or stoppages, so every machine receives product at the right pace and your canning line runs continuously.

Our continuous mechanical basket loading and unloading system automatically fills and empties retort baskets and trolleys with metal cans and glass jars, in 2, 3, 4 and 8 line configurations or fully custom. When greater flexibility is needed, the robotic basket loading and unloading cell uses an articulated industrial robot with a magnetic or vacuum head for high-speed handling, from 2 to 5 lines.

We also design and build conveyor systems, vertical elevators, accumulation tables, buffer stations, transfer carts and shuttles and container tippers in AISI 304L / 316L stainless steel, with in-house PLC automation to link every piece of cannery equipment.
