Liquid dosing and filling equipment for canning lines

Filling is where the consistency of every can is decided: product weight, covering liquid level and a correct seam. TACORE's filling and dosing division brings together the cannery equipment that doses oil, sauces and brine accurately and synchronizes it with the packing tables and the seamer, for canned fish, seafood and other foods.

Our flagship solution is the sardine packing, dosing and seaming line: a synchronized continuous canning line combining the packing table, volumetric oil and sauce dosing and direct transfer to the seamer, in 40, 50 and 65 station configurations. For plants working with manual or semi-automatic packing, the semi-automatic sardine packing line provides a motorized conveyor table with empty can feed and full can output, from 40 to 60 stations.

The division also includes covering liquid mixers, oil dispensers, bag and pouch filling machines and brine preparation systems, custom-designed in AISI 304L / 316L stainless steel and integrated with the PLC control of your line.
