TACORE automated sterilization line is an advanced industrial system engineered to fully automate the thermal processing cycle in seafood and food canneries. Sealed containers (metal, glass, plastic, or retort pouches) accumulate in a dynamic buffer conveyor, are layered into retort baskets by an articulated industrial robot, are transferred automatically via powered shuttle car into the autoclaves, and, upon completion of the F0 sterilization cycle, are gently depalletized without impacts for in-line can washing, drying, and end-of-line packaging. An industrial robot stacks complete layers into the retort basket with automatic separator pad insertion. A motorized shuttle car transfers loaded baskets on tracks directly into the retorts.
